The cons

How to take (dosage)

My own experience

I’m going to be totally honest. I don’t have any issues sleeping. Everything I do when I'm awake, with the exception of a fierce coffee addiction, is designed to help me sleep better. I am however very good at my job and I’m more than happy to use my own body as a guinea pig so that you don’t have to. Is it necessary? No, but it could help.

It’s really hard to answer this for another person because it all depends on your current sleeping habits or lack thereof. I know some people that could sleep through a hurricane (my snoring wife) and have no problem taking a quick siesta after lunch (my snoring dad).
