Introduction

Welcome to Ebylife, a personal training and fitness service based in Barcelona, Spain. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services offered

Ebylife offers personalized training and fitness programs and services, including but not limited to: personal training sessions and group fitness classes, workout and diet plans and nutritional advice.

User Responsibilities

Users are expected to provide accurate and current information about themselves when signing up for services. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Ebylife website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Ebylife and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. No content may be used without the express written permission of Ebylife.

Cancellation, refunds and modifications

Cancellation by clients

Cancellations for personal training sessions and group fitness classes must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in the full charge of the session or class.

Duration of personal training packs

Individual sessions must be used within 2 weeks of purchase.

Packs of 5 personal training sessions are valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase.

Packs of 10 personal training sessions are valid for 12 weeks from the date of purchase

Packs of 20 personal training sessions are valid for 24 weeks from the date of purchase.

Any unused sessions following their expiry date are no longer valid or applicable for any refunds.

Refunds for services and products

Clients who have purchased personal training packs or group fitness classes are not eligible for a refund for any unused sessions after the time of purchase.

Clients who have purchased a digital diet and/or workout plan are not eligible for a refund after the product has been downloaded.

Ebylife is committed to ensuring client satisfaction. If you're dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase to discuss potential refunds or adjustments.

Modifications to booked Sessions

If a client needs to reschedule a booked session, we request notification at least 24 hours in advance to accommodate the change without penalty. Sessions rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance are not guaranteed and could be subject to the full charge of the session.

Cancellation by Ebylife

Ebylife reserves the right to cancel any service or subscription at any time. In the event of cancellation by Ebylife, clients will be provided with a pro-rata refund for any services paid for but not rendered.

Exceptions

Special circumstances such as injury, or other emergencies that prevent attendance may be considered for exceptions to this policy at Ebylife's discretion.

Limitation of liability

Ebylife will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of any of our services or products.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Spanish law.

Amendments

Ebylife reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
