What Is Hunter Evolve?
Hunter Evolve, previously known as just Hunter is a souped-up version of the original supplements with optimized higher doses of clinically-backed key ingredients to provide faster and more impressive results. The purpose of the range is to provide optimal nutrition to support improved mind and body performance for middle-aged men and upwards. It’s actually one of the highest-dosed supplement ranges currently available for men.
Why Is It for Middle-aged Men?
As a middle-aged man myself, I can tell you that things start to change when you hit your 30s. It’s only natural. Testosterone production slows, as does the metabolism, both of which can result in a slow but natural decline in physical performance and optimal body composition (ratio of fat to muscle). That’s where Test and Burn come in, both of which have been carefully designed to provide protection against age-related muscle atrophy, weight gain and testosterone decline.
Our minds, unfortunately, are also subject to age-related cognitive decline. That’s where Focus comes in. An award-winning 9-ingredient nootropic designed to support healthy brain function to boost focus, concentration and attentiveness.
Combine the 3 and you’re looking at full-spectrum support against aging for mind and body.
Let’s have a look at the supplements individually.
Test Testosterone-booster by Hunter Evolve
Testosterone is a sex hormone that plays a variety of important roles in the body. Both for men and women. In men, it helps regular sex drive (libido), fat distribution, bone mass and muscle mass (size) and strength, and the production of red cells and sperm. As men age, there’s a slow but steady decline of naturally occurring testosterone in the human body that can result in an inability to provide optimal support to its variety of functions.
Test by Hunter Evolve aims to counter this decline by providing a high-powered clinically-dosed all-natural supplement to support energy, muscle, performance and power. Test by Hunter Evolve claims that “their premium supplement can reverse testosterone decline and reignite your masculinity”. Whether or not that’s entirely true, is up to you to decide.

Burn Fat-burner by Hunter Evolve
As we approach middle age (normally around aged 30 onwards). Our metabolism unfortunately begins to slow. That means that unless we stay active and remain diligent with our nutrition, maintaining a healthy body composition whilst limiting fat gain can become more challenging. Why does it slow? There are a few reasons for this.
The first is genetics. We all have a slightly different mix so it can be extremely difficult to predict.
The second reason is the loss of muscle mass primarily due to a slow-down in testosterone production. Some studies show that we can lose as much as 5% muscle mass per decade past 30. Unfortunately, when we have less muscle, our Basal metabolic rate (BMR) (the rate at which we burn calories) slows which means our ability to burn through calories as we did in our teens and 20s is no longer feasible.
This is where Burn by Hunter Evolve comes in. Burn uses 6 powerful fat-burning ingredients to help you not only burn more fat whilst exercising but to also help maintain and even build muscle whilst allowing you to carve out a leaner physique. Burn uses a powerful combination of thermogenics to increase your body’s fat-burning potential (Match Green tea and Cayenne pepper), with added appetite suppressants (glucomannan and White kidney bean extract) to reduce hunger cravings whilst also providing natural energy boosters (L-theanine and Vitamin D3) that help to enhance endurance and motivation. It’s a pretty powerful concoction!

Focus Nootropic by Hunter Evolve
Much like with the slowdown of testosterone production and our ability to burn through calories as we did in our youth, age-related cognitive decline has been suggested to result from an increase in brain neuron loss, which is attributable to continued derangement of the brain’s oxidant/antioxidant balance. This can impact our concentration, focus, and creativity.
Nootropics are cognitive enhancers: drugs, supplements, and other substances that support a healthy brain, particularly executive functions like focus, memory, creativity and motivation in healthy individuals. If you haven’t seen the movie Limitless, I highly suggest you give it a watch. While modern-day nootropics aren’t nearly as powerful as what Bradley is on, we might one day get there.
Focus nootropic by Hunter Evolve is an award-winning all-natural 9-ingredient clinically-dosed supplement designed to help you stay focused with Citicoline, N-acetyl-L-tyrosine (NALT) and L-theanine, improve your memory with Lion’s Mane Mushroom, Maritime Pine Bark and Bacopa and boost your creativity and mood with Phosphatidylserine (PS), Ashwagandha and Passion Flower.
The Ingredients (per serving - 4 capsules)

The Pros and cons
Now that we’ve summarised the products individually, let’s have a look at some of the pros and cons:
The pros
Optimized and clinically backed formulas and doses for fast-acting and more impressive results.
Their products contain only all-natural and clean ingredients designed with scientists.
Their products have been exhaustively researched and developed in FDA and cGMP-certified facilities in the USA and UK to ensure their safety and quality.
They offer free international shipping.
Great customer support.
Save up to a whopping 50% off when buying in bulk.
Unlike many other fat burners on the market, Burn by Hunter Evolve only uses mild stimulants.
As all the supplements contain only natural ingredients, they are safe for continued use and you should not experience any side effects.
Safe for use with other supplements.
Hunter Evolve doesn’t use any banned or synthetic substances in any of its formulas. An extremely important consideration for athletes.
The cons
Muscle mass decline, brain function and metabolism are all affected naturally with age so it can be very difficult to identify the exact efficacy of supplements.
If you were to take all 3 supplements, you would be popping 16 pills a day.
Some of the ingredients overlap. Both Burn and Testo have high-dose Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol). That said, it’s still well within the safe limit.
At $75/€65 per product, per month, it’s certainly not cheap! If you are considering taking the trifecta, you’ll want to take advantage of their bulk offers.
Only available on the Hunter Evolve website.
Do You Need Supplements?
It’s my responsibility as a personal trainer and sports nutrition expert to talk a little about whether or not you actually need to take supplements. The simple answer is, no. You probably don’t need to take supplements. If you are young, healthy, active, and pay attention to good nutrition and proper hydration, you shouldn’t need to take any supplements.
Should You Take Burn, Test and Focus Together?
That’s entirely up to you. My suggestion would be to choose the supplement(s) that are most supportive and beneficial to your health and fitness goals. Personally, my fitness goals change throughout the year, as does my nutrition (macronutrient split) and supplement needs. Here’s what I take:
When I’m training for muscle growth (bulking), normally during the winter months, I take Test and a protein supplement.
When I’m training for a lean physique (Cutting), normally in the build-up to summer, I take Burn prior to fasted cardiovascular training and a protein supplement.
When I’m training for maintenance, it varies. I tend to take Burn and Test with a protein supplement.
How Does Hunter Evolve Compare to the Competition?
I have literally been taking some form of supplement since my mid-teens so I know a thing or two about them. I’ve also done a tremendous amount of research and digging into the supplement industry over the last 10-15 years.
Unfortunately, the supplement industry, in general, is very poorly regulated. Pretty much anyone (and I mean anyone) can white label a supplement and many brands don’t go to the lengths needed to provide sufficient quality supplements and ingredients, most of which have little scientific evidence to support the efficacy or claims of their products.
With that said, as science and research improve, as do the quality and effectiveness of supplements (ingredients and science-backed doses). Hunter Evolve is without a doubt, one of the best that I’ve found. They clearly have great attention to detail and work very hard to create all-natural, high-quality, effective supplements that can help support a variety of health and fitness goals for men.

My Own Experience
I want to reiterate again that your priority should always be to live a healthy and active lifestyle and eat a well-balanced diet. Supplements are not magic and they cannot and should never replace smart lifestyle choices.
That said, if like me, you do live a very active lifestyle, need to regularly perform at a high level, whether it be in the gym, workplace or for personal reasons, or if you struggle to meet your nutritional needs from diet alone, supplements can come in very handy. Especially good ones like these!
While I am extremely diligent when it comes to eating a healthy well-balanced diet and exercising consistently, I’ve found that as I push towards 40, despite my very best efforts, my ability to maintain intensity, recover quickly, build muscle and burn fat is slowly becoming more difficult. That’s why most recently I’ve turned to supplements such as Burn and Test by Hunter Evolve to give me a little boost and hopefully, at the very least, help slow down what seems to be the inevitable decline of body and mind.
Note: I should point out that I haven’t taken the nootropic, hence not including it in my own experience.
My score 9/10
The Bottom Line
Whether or not you need or should take supplements is entirely dependent on your own goals and circumstances. Whether or not you choose Hunter Evolve is also entirely up to you. However, I will say this. Do your own research and make sure whichever products you eventually choose, you know where they’re coming from and the source of their ingredients.
If ever you have any doubts about whether or not you should take a supplement(s), speak with your doctor or nearest health care professional first.
